TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Sessions will be held at the chosen venue. Studio or outdoor setting. Please feel free to bring your own decor for special themes, special occasions, or birthdays. Examples include numbered balloons, metallic balloons, confetti, false gifts, banners, and cake. Alternatively, we may arrange orders for you as a special request for a fee. Our mission is to realize your vision. There will be a photographer on set who will assist in setting up your decorative objects and any studio accessories. If necessary you will be able to request retouches straight from your online gallery, starting at $15 per photo and 15% discount for 5+ for additional retouches. after completing your session.

TURNAROUND TIME: 7-10 business days from the day you make your final editing selections. Rush fee $100 for a 48 hour turnaround.

PAYMENTS: Payments are non- refundable. You can save money by paying in full or incur a 5% transaction charge when spreading out your payments.

BOOKING POLICY: At the time of booking, a NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required to secure your date and time. You must schedule your sessions within 48 hours of getting your invoice, or the offer will be forfeited and you will be removed from the current schedule. Our INVOICING SYSTEMS, APPLE PAY, AND ZELLE can be utilized to make deposits. Time slots for availability of what is present are already set, with no exceptions.

PAYMENT POLICY: All shoots must be paid in full immediately following your shoot.

LATE POLICY: The customer will incur a $50 fee if they are more than 15 minutes late. There will be a 10-minute buffer. When people are running late, they cut into the time we have together. Clients should expect to pay $100 per hour, plus late fees, if they need more time during their photography session than was originally scheduled for. This is contingent on the availability of the studio and the photographer. If they don't show up for their scheduled photoshoot, the session will be cut short.
